Querido Elefante is a poetry book written and illustrated by Claudia López. The cover, inside pages, and chapter dividers were designed to reflect the poems’ melancholic and reflective tone. Throughout the book, the author uses the theme of the ocean to transmit emotion and invite the reader to look inward. We carried this theme to the visual identity combining tones of blues and hand drawn elements to depict movement.
